Supportive Husband Says: “Don’t Give Up!”

First, I’d like to say “hello!” to anyone who’s here after SPX. Hope you had a great time at the conference, I know I sure did. Please enjoy Mom Comic, browse the archives, and I’d love to hear any feedback you have.

On to this week’s comic.

I plan on breastfeeding. I think a lot of women plan on breastfeeding their babies, but it seems like it’s a pretty difficult thing to do. I’ve known so many moms who, for various reasons, have given up on breastfeeding, or weren’t able to do it so they switched to formula. Nothing wrong with that! That’s not even what this comic is about.

Anyhow, from what I’ve read about breastfeeding, (and as of now, all of this is based on what I’ve read, since I’m not due for another seven weeks) it’s very important to have a supportive partner. Someone to keep encouraging you, who won’t let you quit. Someone like… Kent?

Another cartoon based on a real-life conversation. And also, he was kidding. I think.
