Sleeping Through the Night

sleepingwebIt’s been nine months. My son STILL hasn’t slept through the night. He slept six hours once though, and this is how it went. So I imagine this is how eight hours would go, too.

For the most part, the boy wakes up every three hours like clockwork. Since he’s done this for nine months straight, I’ve been trained to wake up every three hours, too. So if he sleeps longer than three hours, I generally don’t. So I spend a lot of time looking at the video monitor, making sure he’s ok, waiting for him to wake up.

On a side note, those night-vision baby monitors make all babies look scary and possessed. Has anyone else noticed this? I should do a comic about that.
