Mom Weight Loss Routine

weightlossWeb
It is harder to lose weight after kids, and it makes zero sense. I eat less food than I ever did (because my kid steals it), I think I’m just as or more active, but I still hover in around 5lbs over my pre-baby weight. I know, 5 lbs more isn’t a lot, it just seems odd that weighing less was pretty much effortless before and now I think I’d have to actively diet or exercise hard cord to hit my old weight. I don’t plan on doing either of those things though. I think sometimes there’s a weight your body’s just comfortable at, and that weight changes based on where you are in life. But I’m not any kind of weight expert, so who knows. Maybe it’s an extra five pounds of mommy muscle.
