The Cure-all for Sick Kids

My son is actually not sick right now, but I am. Kind of. Anyway, I haven’t felt well today, and I ended up creating this quickly, I think I actually ripped this joke off of a mom friend. So I’m sorry about that. I just can’t think, because my head hurts. (No, I’m not pregnant. I have an eye injury that got irritated over the weekend and it has since morphed into a horrible, ongoing headache.)

Anyway, it seems like whenever my son is sick, I do the standard “wait it out,” and then by the time I feel like I’ve waited long enough, I take him to the doctor and he’s fine. Or my other move, I’ll be convinced that he has an ear infection, so I take him to the doctor, and he’s fine. I am terrible at detecting ear infections. Or my son’s really good at imitating them, I don’t know.
